Location: LABREA AREA - 7269 Beverly Blvd. LA teen camp: 7659 Beverly Blvd. LA (NEW!) NORTH HOLLYWOOD: 11401 Chandler Blvd. North Hollywood

Facility Includes: 2000 sq. ft. dance studio space, Art space with recycled materials and Outdoor Play Area. Fully air-conditioned and secured building.

Activities: Play, Tactile Toys, Manipulative Centers to develop skills (preschool division) plus -Acting, Music, Singing, Gymnastics, Dance Literacy, Creative Movement, Ballet Tap Dance, Watercolors, Pastels, Clayworks, Sculpting, Creating Nutritional Culinary Dishes, Judaic Learning, Shabbat Ruach and More! All arts are process oriented.

Hands on Explorations: Waterplay, Sand, Beans, Clay, Cardboard, Styrofoam, Ice, Papier Mache and More!

STAFF:

Each camp/location has a dedicated director and set of counselors.

Executive Director: Sheila Meyer

Artistic Directors: Hadassah Esther, Reggio Emila inspired instuctor & professional dancer. Joanna Burt, AMDA graduate, actress, vocalist and professional dancer.

Along with Professional Artists, Instructors and handpicked Counselors.

Tuition: $1,680 for all 7 weeks ($240 per week) + $70 supply fee for all 7 weeks

Early bird discount by March 25: only $1,530 for all 7 weeks

$30 extra per week for a hot lunch Registration Fee: $350 (applied towards tuition) Tuition is due at time of registration.

Professional Director insures quality control of staff and camp.

All staff is First Aid and CPR trained.

Days: Our well planned and organized days include:

Davening with a group.
Learning in areas such as Tehillim, Pirkei Avos, Shmiras HaLashon, Brachos, Parsha and Laws of the Three Weeks and Tisha B'av.
Instruction in speciality areas such as Theater, Singing, Ballet,Creative Movement, Lyrical/Contemporary Dance, Jazz and Gymnastics.
A variety of baking, fun with food activities and arts and crafts and judaica art.
Swimming!
Awesome trips such as Roller Skating, Bowling, Museums, Santa Monica Pier and more!

Sample Camp Day:

9:00-9:30 Arrival Centers options include: games, activities to work on skills (such beading, chalk etc.) , sensory explorations (floam, clay, shaving cream..) 9:30-9:50 Davening, Singing, Learning, ABC'S, Alef Bet (parsha and middos) 9:50 Morning Snack 10:00-11:00 CLASS (dance, jazz, gymnastics, ballet different each day etc..) 11:00-11:45 Art Atelier Or Outdoor Play (on non swim days) 11:45- 12:15 LUNCH 12:15-12:45 Cooking/Baking 12:45-1:30 Outdoor Play/Swimming Or Art Atelier (on non Swim Days) 1:45-2:45 CLASS 2:45-2:50 Afternoon Snack 2:50-3:15 Acting Games/ Singing 3:15 Cleanup/ Pack up 3:30 Carpool

At A Time for Dance, our goal is to provide a safe, warm and nurturing summer experience for each camper. We feel that camp is a opportunity for children to learn and develop in a relaxed environment. With well planned and organized days, an awesome curriculum and personal care and attention to each child we strive to make each summer a summer to remember!
